One of my favourite pilates exercises is the single leg stretch- a deceptively simple yet powerful move that challenges core stability, coordination, and breath control. It’s a beautiful example of how pilates blends precision with flow.

Mat or Equipment?

Whilst I appreciate all forms of pilates, I have a special love for studio pilates, where the equipment adds a dynamic layer of resistance and support, allowing for deeper engagement and versatility in movement. That said, mat pilates holds its own magic in its accessibility and simplicity.

The best part of being a Pilates teacher is witnessing the transformation in our clients- not just physically, but their confidence, posture and overall well-being. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide people toward greater body awareness and strength.
