All that functional means is that what you do in your training, then translates into your day to day activities. It is also without a doubt the NUMBER ONE ACTIVITY FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND MANAGEMENT! It is also a great way to:Increase your energy levels during the day,create a toned, in shape body,reduce body fat levels,increase your metabolism,increase sporting performance,prevent injury,give you confidence,prevent the onset and progression of Osteoporosis.

Individual, customized one on one training sessions where your trainer designs a program specific to your goals. Your goal may be weight loss, sports specific training such as cricket, triathlon etc.. You may want to learn how to run or improve your upper body strength with fitness boxing or just want more individual attention.But there is nowhere to hide with these sessions, so expect some awesome results! THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO GET YOU TO YOUR TRAINING GOAL FASTER AND WITH THE FOCUSED SUPPORT, MOTIVATION AND EXPERTISE OF YOUR OWN TRAINER
