“My initial response to taking on the PT in the Park was to boost the work that I have found to be so beneficial with my pilates and I found my sessions with Anna more than enjoyable. I even surprised myself at how much fun I was having, and had quite a laugh at myself with boxing gloves. Working outside in the fresh air is most rewarding.
