The Pilates Plus Difference
Enabling you to achieve your health and fitness goals is our mission, and to do that we provide fun, results driven training sessions using the latest functional strength equipment. Every month is a new training program working on a new area of your fitness including core, stength and cardio.
These training sessions are a fast track to a fit, toned, lean and strong body!!!
We train 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at either 6.15am or 9.30am and programs run for 4 weeks.
Sessions are held outdoors at Bricker Reserve, Rowans Road, Highett 3190
We train RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE and we train ALL YEAR, INCLUDING WINTER!!
